These terms are an agreement between you and Viovasoft (Bedirhan Kara, Öğretmenler Sokak No:2, Cordella A12, 34862 Kartal, İstanbul, Türkiye; "we", "us") about the mobile game Everybody Wants Money ("the game"). By installing or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Who can play

The game is intended for adults (18+). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the game, and in particular make purchases, with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download the game and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the game, use cheats, bots or automation, tamper with save files or network traffic, or exploit bugs. The game, its characters, art, music and text belong to Viovasoft or its licensors.

You're welcome to stream and publish videos of the game, including monetized ones.

3. Virtual money and items

• All money in the game is fictional. In-game cash, gems, credits, items and other virtual content have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for real money, goods or services, can't be cashed out, and can't be transferred or sold to anyone.
• You receive a limited licence to use virtual content inside the game; you don't own it. We may change game balance, prices in virtual currency and the effect of items, for example to fix bugs or keep the game fair.
• The stock market minigame uses only virtual money provided by the game. It's not investment advice and has nothing to do with real markets.
• Some rewards are random (for example Customer Gifts and the lucky wheel). Their odds are shown in the game before you open or spin. They are earned by playing or by watching an optional ad and are never sold for real money.

4. Purchases

• Purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm.
• The game has no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. The Payroll Card is a one-time purchase that pays out gems for 30 days. Days you miss are not lost; you can claim them later.
• Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Türkiye, you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, as a result, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has started. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty or not delivered.
• One-time purchases (such as No Ads, the Starter Pack, the Holding Fund and Chapter Packs) can be restored on a new device with the same Google or Apple account using Restore purchases in the Shop. Consumable items (gems) are used up and can't be restored after you delete your data or lose your device, unless your cloud save still has them.
• If something you bought doesn't arrive, contact us with the order number from your Google or Apple receipt.

5. Ads

The game shows only rewarded ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus. Ads are provided by third-party networks (see the Privacy Policy). We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads, but if you see an inappropriate ad, tell us and we'll report it.

6. Online features, leagues and fair play

• The game can be played offline. Online features (cloud save, leagues, leaderboards, daily challenges) need an internet connection and may be changed, paused or discontinued.
• Your public name in leagues and leaderboards is generated by the game.
• We check scores automatically for plausibility. We may remove scores or league results, withhold league rewards, or suspend online features for players who cheat or exploit bugs.

7. Your data and deleting your account

You can delete your online account and data at any time in the game (Settings → Delete my data) or as described on our deletion page. Deleting is permanent: progress, virtual currency and items in your cloud save can't be recovered. Purchases made with your Google or Apple account that can be restored (see section 4) remain restorable.

8. Changes and availability

We may update the game and these terms. If a change to the terms is significant, we'll tell you in the game before it takes effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. We may stop offering the game; if we do, we'll give at least 60 days' notice in the game and stop selling virtual currency during that time.

9. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make the game fun and stable, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses or for the loss of virtual items, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law (for example for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence), or your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts or, in Türkiye, apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) and consumer courts.

11. App Store additional terms

If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and Viovasoft, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the game. If the game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the game (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. Viovasoft, not Apple, is responsible for any claims relating to the game, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims and intellectual property infringement claims. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Where these terms don't cover something, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
