Delete your account and data

You never create a username or password in Everybody Wants Money. When you first play, the game creates an anonymous online player account so your progress can be saved to the cloud and ranked in leagues. You can delete that account and its data at any time, in either of these two ways.

Option 1: in the game (fastest)

1. Open Everybody Wants Money.
2. Tap the Settings button (the gear icon in the top-right corner of the home screen).
3. Tap Delete my data.
4. Confirm. The deletion runs immediately.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the game, for example because you have changed phones, send an email to everybodywmoney@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". Please include:

• your Player ID, shown at the bottom of the game's Settings screen (copy it before you uninstall, if you can), and
• if you made purchases, the order number from your Google Play or Apple receipt. This helps us find your account if you don't have the Player ID.

We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. We'll only use your email address to handle this request.

If you have neither a Player ID nor an order number, we can't find your data, because it isn't linked to your name, email or phone. In that case it is deleted automatically after 24 months without play.

What is deleted

• Your online player account (anonymous ID)
• Your cloud save: progress, currencies, items, characters, settings
• Your scores, league entries and leaderboard entries, together with your display name
• The game data stored on the device (in-game deletion only), and the anonymous IDs used for analytics and error reports, which are reset

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records (product, price, date, store transaction ID): kept as long as tax and accounting law requires (in Türkiye up to 10 years). One-time purchases such as No Ads stay restorable from your Google or Apple account.
• Analytics events and crash/error reports that are not linked to your name or contact details: deleted automatically when their retention period ends (crash reports up to 90 days, analytics up to 14 months).
• Ad partners keep data according to their own policies. To stop ad tracking, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings (Android) or turn off tracking for the game (iPhone).
• Your deletion email: kept up to 2 years as proof that we handled your request.

Deletion is permanent. Progress, gems and items can't be recovered afterwards. Want to delete only some data, or get a copy first? Email us; see also our Privacy Policy.
