Sentry
(Functional Software, Inc.)
Error reports from the game's code, recent in-game steps leading to the error (such as which screen was open), device model, OS, app version. We configure Sentry not to store IP addresses · To find and fix bugs · Legitimate interest · EU data region (Germany)
Google Analytics for Firebase

PostHog
(PostHog, Inc.)
A random anonymous ID (reset when you delete your data), gameplay events and run summaries (chapter, difficulty, duration, result), app version, device model, OS and language. We don't collect special categories of data (such as health or biometric data), and we don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Fair-play checks only decide whether a score appears on a leaderboard.

What other players see

In leagues and leaderboards other players see your generated display name, your score and your rank. You can't type your own name, and there is no chat or messaging in the game.

Selling and sharing

We don't sell your personal data for money. Our ad partners receive your advertising ID and ad interaction data to show and measure ads. Under some US state laws (for example California) this may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can opt out at any time as described below.

Your choices

Deleting your data

In the game, go to Settings → Delete my data. This deletes your cloud save, your scores and league entries and your online player account. It also deletes the game data on your device and resets the anonymous IDs used for analytics and error reports. If you can't use the game, follow the steps on our account and data deletion page. Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device but not your cloud save.

Some records are kept after deletion: purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Crash reports and analytics events that aren't linked to your name or contact details expire automatically at the end of their retention period (see below).

How long we keep data

Cloud save, scores, player accountUntil you delete them, or until 24 months after you last played
Analytics events (Google Analytics, PostHog)Up to 14 months
Crash and error reports (Crashlytics, Sentry)Up to 90 days
Purchase recordsAs long as tax and accounting law requires (in Türkiye up to 10 years)
Support emailsUp to 2 years after your request is resolved
Ad partnersAccording to each partner's privacy policy (links below)

International transfers

Our service providers process data outside Türkiye and, for some of them, outside the EEA (mainly in the USA and Singapore). Where the law requires it, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and the standard contracts required by Article 9 of KVKK. Where we can, we choose EU hosting (Sentry and PostHog store your data in the EU).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy in a portable format, restrict or object to processing (including processing based on legitimate interest), and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.

To make a request, email everybodywmoney@gmail.com and include your Player ID (shown in the game's Settings). We don't know who you are, so the Player ID is how we find your data. We may ask for something only the owner of the game install could know.

Age

The game is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the game, contact us and we'll delete the related data.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Only the developer has access to our service dashboards. No method of storage or transfer is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Partner privacy policies

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For significant changes we'll also tell you in the game and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent again.
